SIM Critical® is a solution developed by Radio Commz UK Ltd, operating in partnership with over 750 mobile networks worldwide. In the UK, we’ve secured priority access to network masts, ensuring clients experience exceptional reliability.

We offer two main data coverage plans — Europe and World — with standard data packages of 100MB, 250MB, 500MB, 1GB, 2GB, and 5GB. For larger clients, we also provide custom data pools that deliver even greater flexibility and cost efficiency.

Example of use:
If O2 UK were to experience downtime or poor performance, the SIM would automatically switch to another available network, maintaining uninterrupted service. Likewise, when traveling — for instance, arriving in Spain — the device would instantly connect to local networks at no additional cost.

Additionally, we have been informed that we will gain access to the Emergency Services Network (ESN) masts currently being deployed by EE on behalf of the Home Office. ESN is expected to launch around 2023, with significant progress already made: 19,000 EE masts have been upgraded, and over 600 new sites are under construction. Notably, a new mast in Glencoe, Scotland now covers 65 square kilometres, with further expansion ongoing across the Lake District, Scottish Highlands, Wales, and the rest of the UK.
